Devoteam N Platform activates the day at SNUG CDMX edition

SNUG IN BRIEF

ServiceNow User Group (SNUG) is an interactive conference that seeks to share best practices, collaborate with customers, users, ServiceNow enthusiasts, and hear about the latest products and solutions available. 

Devoteam N Platform actively participates in Mexico’s SNUG to support its customers and prospects in their success with ServiceNow through ongoing engagement, education, and experience sharing.

In the first edition of 2023 held at the Hilton Reforma Hotel in Mexico City, more than 300 attendees have joined on site, 268 in virtual mode and 4 speakers who have shared their success stories with the platform of platforms.

THE MOST ANTICIPATED PRESENTATION

Finally, one of the most anticipated presentations of the morning has undoubtedly been that of Saúl Zermeño , Director of experiences and services at Tecnológico de Monterrey who has told about the project to transform digital services and the experience of his community with the implementation of Customer ServiceNow Service Management (CSM) and Devoteam N Platform support.

On February 15, the objectives of this project were made public and in the 2023 edition of SNUG No.1 we have heard it out loud:

The implementation of CSM will function as one of the most important technological catalysts for the institution, since it will contribute to the achievement of immediate and long-term goals in the field of attention and experience of users, through an increase of 10% in the levels of satisfaction of the community and a 30% reduction in service time.
