Hello, my name is Ilya, and it is my pleasure to introduce to you the ServiceNow Training Program.
First and foremost, it really doesn’t matter if you are experienced with the platform or a complete beginner, the main preconditions are to be open to new things and willing to learn.
My motivation to start the program was that I really wanted to work for a great company with great people. Not that my previous job was bad, I just didn’t feel that I could move forward there professionally. Our goals may be different, but that is just another thing to speak about with your future colleagues and get to know each other better!
Now back to the topic! I can tell you right away that I’m not a school-type person, sitting and listening/learning is not what I am fond of, but this course gave me a different perspective on how things can be done. All thanks to several people that are simply brilliant in what they are doing.
From the start to the end of the course you will be amazed at how some technical or theoretical things can be explained in a way that can be understandable for all types of mindsets. Thanks to wordplay and the joyful approach of Jakub Luptovec, those two weeks will pass in no time, and thanks to the experience and helpfulness of Jan Braniš, you will understand the platform like never before.
Mentioned mentors are two of many people that you will meet during the program, which will help you realize just how great everybody is, and which sections the company has, and hopefully, it’ll help you to find your own path in Devoteam.
No pressure is put on anybody! After the course, you will see on your own that here at Devoteam, every gate is open to you! Because you will already know a lot of colleagues, I am sure that you won’t be afraid to approach anyone and structure your own way in the company.
