Paris, February 15th, 2023 – Devoteam, a technology consulting company with over 10,000 employees in 20 countries across EMEA, has reached more than one billion euros in turnover in 2022.
In a context of uncertainty where companies must continue to accelerate their digital transformation to take advantage of technology, Devoteam’s results attest to the relevance of the group’s strategy.
With strong DNA as a tech company, Devoteam has been able to consolidate its offers around Cloud, cybersecurity, data, transformation, and sustainability expertise.
One billion-euro turnover milestone in 2022.
After taking back control of their company in December 2021, with the help of their financial partner KKR, the founding shareholders, Godefroy and Stanislas de Bentzmann had set themselves the target of reaching €1 billion in turnover by 2022. This delisting – giving them strategic independence – was a real boost for the company and has borne fruit since Devoteam announced that it had reached its target for 2022 with an operating margin of more than €100 million and growth of 20%, of which 16% was organic.
One year after the squeeze-out of Devoteam shares on December 31st, 2021, we are proud to reach the €1 billion revenue milestone in 2022. This is a decisive first win that confirms our choices and the continued implementation of our strategic plan.

Building on the success of its partnership strategy with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, Devoteam is continuing to strengthen its investments with the main Cloud players and has set itself a new goal of doubling its size in the next five years.
We are, for example, one of the few players in the world to have signed a strategic collaboration agreement with AWS for a period of four years.
In addition, Devoteam is also investing in the sovereign cloud and is pursuing its partnerships with OVH Cloud and Google-Thales.
To accompany these Cloud offerings, the strategic plan also focuses on high-value-added services that are key to digital transformation, from consulting to design, from integration to Managed Cloud Services.
This plan also relies on the integration of cutting-edge technologies in cybersecurity, data, and hyper-automation, with the sustainability offer to support companies in their sustainable development strategy through technology. Devoteam has also announced the recruitment of an expert in the field, Hervé Dumas, as Vice President of Sustainability.
