Votorantim Cimentos EAA and Devoteam have celebrated the successful launch of a new ServiceNow platform project. This project consists of the implementation of ITSM and ITOM modules, covering both request and incident management processes, and the creation of a CMDB (configuration management database).
The new platform has been deployed to more than 2,600 end users in 4 countries (Spain, Turkey, Morocco and Tunisia) and on a daily basis there are 200 users who work simultaneously.
A very important and decisive component of the project has been the process consulting work and adaptation to ITIL good practises in its two main departments BA (Business Applications) and ITO (IT Operations).
In addition, service level agreements (SLAs), automated workflows, created and configured the CMDB along with asset and configuration management with the auto-discovery tool have been configured.
Finally, the knowledge database, the user services portal and the appropriate reports, KPIs and dashboards have been created.
