The Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia (MoJ) celebrated today the launch of its technical support and managed services platform, in partnership with Devoteam and its strategic partner ServiceNow.
The platform will provide technical support and operate managed services to enhance the performance of the support system in the Ministry of Justice using ServiceNow platform to optimize the business and information technology services according to the international best practices ITIL.
The Ministry and Devoteam worked closely together to collect all the requirements, build the policies and best practices, and make improvements to meet the specific needs of the end-users, various departments, and specific business objectives in an active and continuous manner for a better change. In addition, the project team worked on integrating the platform with the Ministry’s systems to further support the ministry’s digital transformation journey in line with the Kingdom’s vision 2030.
