In addition to the development and delivery of HR concepts and solutions between Devoteam and the client, your key responsibilities as a ServiceNow HR Consultant will be to:
- liaise with the client’s team and employees on HR issues and queries
- identify areas where processes can be improved (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommend solutions detailing pros, cons and risks
- lead business process definition, reengineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/future processes during workshops with key client sponsors and stakeholders
- lead discussions and drive decisions on customer processes

maintain and develop relevant knowledge related to certifications and current best practices
As a ServiceNow HR consultant, you will be the focal point that connects the client with the Devoteam N Platform culture. Your role is to ensure that client employees feel as comfortable working with us as they do with their employer.
Please get in touch if you fit the above description and have the following skills:
- proven expertise and relevant work experience in HCM, Employee Experience and HRSM
- expertise in project management as well as process optimization, quality management and process modeling
- methodologies or professional certifications: ServiceNow certification is an advantage
- ability to work in a team and be responsible and success-oriented
- excellent English skills
As a Devoteam N Platform ServiceNow HR Consultant, you’ll be joining a team of over 8,000 employees working throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Your main goal will be to develop HR concepts and solutions.
Since you’ll be acting as the interface between Devoteam N Platform and our client, this role carries a high level of responsibility in terms of people skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for the smooth running of processing between these two entities. You’ll also be a central point of contact for the client’s team and employees in the role of a “trusted advisor”.
