ServiceNow Project Manager has a wide range of responsibilities: you’ll be potentially involved in the pre-sales process where you’ll work with the Sales Team to understand the client needs and evaluate the funds and resources required, as well as draw up an estimated timeline of the project.
During the project lifetime you’ll need to work with team members, be prepared to transmit any potential difficulties or delays to the client’s senior management and create a supportive team environment.

As a ServiceNow Project Manager you’ll have a portfolio of Devoteam ServiceNow projects. You’ll need to successfully lead and implement the projects so that everything runs as smoothly as possible for our clients. You could also be involved in the pre-sales part of the process, where you’ll collaborate with the Sales Team to perfectly understand clients’ needs as well as evaluate the required costs, effort and time to successfully complete the project.
To be a successful Devoteam N Platform ServiceNow Project Manager, you need to meet several requirements:
- Project Management experience is key. You should be comfortable with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Communication skills – you’ll be working with a variety of stakeholders, and you’ll need to collaborate with both our team and clients.
- Be stress-resistant, determined and motivated by results.
- Be an excellent team player who knows how to motivate people. You create a collaborative atmosphere where everyone feels free to contribute and develop their skills.
- Success is a key motivator for you. You’re a self-starter and know how to get work done.
- You speak fluent French and English.
Being part of a team of over 8000 people based in the EMEA region, your main goal as a ServiceNow Project Manager will be to successfully complete projects for clients, potentially from pre-sales to roll out.
You’ll need to inform senior management of any potential concerns or risks of escalation and build excellent working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
