STIB has achieved yet another milestone on their ongoing ServiceNow journey. This time our teams met to celebrate a successful implementation of the SecOps, HAM & SAM modules that will help STIB to improve its operational excellence and secure its operations moving forward.

2023 is progressing at full speed! The same applies to new features/services made available on the ServiceNow platform: enabling better control over our assets, increasing the usage of portfolio capabilities, making life easier for our employees at the operational level and also better protecting us from cyber-attacks. Those achievements were possible only with great cross-functional collaboration within the different IS departments! Many thanks to all teams involved.
