Throughout the whole of November, our local Devoteam N Platform teams have been very busy attending three ServiceNow World Forums this year. We started in London and finished our tour in the beautiful city of Paris. Have a look at these short summaries of all conferences: 

On the 1st of November, our UK team led by Amal Lad attended the forum in London. At the session, Amal focused on a very hot topic nowadays – AI and how to make the best out of it in your ServiceNow platform.

Just 2 weeks later, our German & ALPS teams led by Sylvain Bernolle arrived in Frankfurt! Together with Paul Beelen, Head of IT & technology PMO at Coca-Cola HBC, they discussed the key takeaways and benefits of the transformative ServiceNow SPM implementation project for Coca-Cola HBC. You could have listened to how the team simplified Project Management operations, standardised methodologies, and introduced an intuitive and easy-to-use system enhancing predictability in project planning.

On November 21st, our French team headed by Jean-Marc Cheverau stormed through Paris! The session run by Anne Granet, Amine Zairi and Jean-Marc was focused on three different use cases of ServiceNow implementation for our French customers.
